Good morning. Service is always good, this last device was excellent. I was able to get an appointment for same day. Service rep Howie was fantastic, my car got washed which it didn’t the last 2 times I got service. Thank you I truly appreciate how fast the service was considering that is always extremely busy. I recently brought my husband's truck in to the service center and to say that I was pleased with the service is an understatement. I was helped by Matt Nettuno, the Assistant Service Manager, he was very friendly, professional and courteous. They got his truck in the next morning, the mechanic took a video of the issue so we could see for ourselves what the problem was and they quickly provided a comprehensive quote. They were able to get the parts in quickly and the total repair cost was less than the quoted amount because they were able to give us a discount. There were a couple of less urgent repairs needed so we will definitely be back! I would highly recommend you see the Service Department at Gullo Toyota!
