Gunn’s Auto Service has provide my family and I with excellent quality service repairs and very friendly customer service. They have worked on my son’s 2014 Chevy Cruze LT and our daughter’s 2011 Chevy Malibu multiple times. They’ve done general maintenance on my wife and I’s cars as well. Gunn’s Auto Service is always willing to answer any questions we may have and give us tips on how to prevent issues from occurring again. Mary Kay at the front desk is very knowledgeable when calling and is always friendly. Overall, my family trusts no other mechanics other than Gunn’s Auto Service mechanics to work on our vehicles. After getting stuck in a snow embankment, my car was shaking a lot and I had a long drive ahead of me. I called the shop, explained what was going on. They encouraged me to stop in so they could take a look at it. They were so prompt. They removed all the ice and snow, took it for a test drive ensuring the issue was resolved, my car was fixed! I’m forever grateful for them fitting me into their busy schedule.
