Gunscher's Repair

I've taken both of my vehicles to Gunscher's twice now. Both times I have been more than pleased with the entire process, from calling to make an appointment, to drop-off, to them calling with updates, to pick-up, and the final bill. Everything is top-notch. Steve is the best! Although I'm pretty mechanically inclined, I don't know much about cars. Steve explains how things work in a way that I can understand, without feeling like he's talking down to me—like so many other mechanics do. As long as things are run this way, I'll be a repeat customer!

Best auto shop and small business in the Bismarck/Mandan area. They did 5 different things I requested done to my 2019 Tahoe and they got it all done super fast and at a great rate for all of it! Gunscher’s is by far the best mechanic you can deal with in the Bismarck/Mandan area. And I say this as a woman. To anyone out there who is looking for an honest, fair mechanic who has your best interest in mind, look no further. I am a person with zero mechanical knowledge and Gunscher’s has always presented my options with cost quotes ahead of time. Additionally, they let you know ahead of time what is necessary to keep your vehicle running, as well as the optional fixes that would be good in the long run. Overall, my experience with Gunscher’s has been top-notch and I’m grateful to have an honest mechanic in my corner.
