Had a phenomenal experience with Jed and the team at Guntersville Chevrolet. He took a lot of time to get to know me and my needs. There wasn’t any pressure to do anything I didn’t feel comfortable doing. The whole process was probably the most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend Jed enough. I took my truck in for a regular service, oil change and tire rotation, the other day, I got there at around 11:05am and they were done and I was in my truck by 11:57am. I was in and out of there within an hour. Their customer service and vehicle service were excellent. I live an hour away from them and, while there is a closer location to me, I prefer to come here because of the better quality of customer service and speedy vehicle service. Other Chevy locations need to take notes and use Guntersville Chevrolet as an example for what they should strive to be.
