Lakeside RV

If I could give these guys a “10” I would. They’re very professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They really go out of their way to accommodate the complex needs of getting an RV fixed in a timely manner. I commend them for all the charity work they do for the community as well. Truly special people that work at Lakeside RV.

Lakeside RV was amazing. They worked diligently over the holidays to get a custom part to repair our slide out. They had great customer service and were very responsive and communicative throughout the process. They got our slide out fixed and had us back on the road in record time. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing RV service!

I called about getting my awing repaired, got told the service guy would be out in a couple of days. I waited a week before calling back and they told me he would be by Wednesday. On the following Wednesday I called back and was told he came out and would have me an estimate by Wednesday of the third week. On Friday of the third week I called back and aaked about the estimate. A lady with a hateful tone said phone towers were done (not anyone else's just theirs). Needless to say I canceled my request called another company that has come out on same day and called back with estimate.

If you don't call Hunter at Lakeside when you need a hand with your rv, you're wasting your time. I live in Michigan. Came through Alabama with a used new to us Jayco and decided to spend a few nights in warmer climate and to make sure all was good. Clearly, we had an issue and were exhausted. I read some reviews about Hunter and decided to say mercy and call the man. Hands down best decision of 2024. Everything you read in the reviews is true AND then some. Hunter is a rarity to come by these days. People of North Alabama, take note. You are lucky to have Hunter in your area. Reliable, amazingly friendly, and very knowledgeable on RVs. But more than that, you can trust the guy. Honesty is so rare these days. He truly wants to help people. I'm not related to Hunter in any way

Hunter did an amazing job! The whole staff responded quickly, set the appointment for the service visit & Hunter was on time. Great Work!
