First time going and would not recommend. I went to get my alternator replaced and they ended up breaking the new one and broke the bracket where alternator rests on and didn't tell me about it. Unprofessional and unskilled. They lost the nut needed on the new alternator causing my car to not turn on properly.

Great place down to earth people. Great prices great mechanics. If you go there ask for Jamie. He was very acknowledged and very friendly he let me watch him work. If you need a mechanic that's where you need to go.

Formal Complaint I am writing to file a complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of the owner of this shop. I am a repeat customer who has brought multiple vehicles here for service. On my most recent visit, I requested to provide my own parts and pay for the labor, as I am able to get a military discount. The owner's response was extremely hostile. He claimed that providing my own parts was "not helping him make business" and proceeded to block my phone number. He then made an unprofessional and insulting comment, suggesting that if I could not afford to purchase parts directly from him, I should not have bought a Mercedes. I believe that customers should be made aware of any policies regarding parts, and that this type of rude and disrespectful behavior is entirely unacceptable. Th

Been going to Gus for as long as I can remember. Most of my family and many friends go to him for their car maintenance, as well. I’m pretty handy and any work I’m capable of doing myself, I will… but some things I prefer not to mess with and that’s when I call Gus. Most honest guy in town and he isn’t trying to get rich off of one customer. The prices are always fair and reasonable.

Gus and his crew are very accommodating and experienced. They got my truck fixed in no time and they know their craft. Definitely recommend!
