Gutierrez Automotive

We were visiting from out of state and the brakes went out on our truck Friday evening. Gutierrez Automotive returned our call after hours, fixed the breaks Saturday morning and even arranged to pick us up and bring us back to their shop. I would highly recommend this auto shop.

I went on a road trip with my fiancée for my birthday, While we were in Hendersonville, my transfer case cracked and we were 6 hours from home. Chevy dealership quoted over $4000 then we got ahold of Gutierrez and told him our situation. He wasted no time picking up the truck finding a matching transfer case and getting it replaced the next day so we could get home. For a great price these guys saved us and we will always be grateful, keep being awesome!!!!

Nole was my hero yesterday! I cannot thank Gutierrez Automotive enough for their kindness, honesty and compassion. My young daughter and her friend were six hours from home and my daughter was concerned about the way the vehicle was running. I panicked at the thought of her being stranded so I searched for a mechanic with good reviews and I’m so thankful I found Gutierrez Automotive. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle at all. We could’ve easily been taken advantage of in a desperate situation, but instead they ran diagnostics, took it for a test drive, assured us everything was fine and sent her safely on her way. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I was traveling and my car broke down while shopping. Had it towed to them on the weekend. The next morning they were open they had it fixed by noon. It was the starter. Very nice, respectful, reasonable. If I’m ever in that situation or that area, I would definitely use them again.

I took my van in for new brake pads and found out there was a small issue with one of my wheels, and they went ahead and fixed it for me at no extra cost. Plus, they gave me the BEST deal out of any of the other places I that I looked into. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!
