The owner Gustavo is amazing!!! He is straight forward and tells you truthfully what need to be fixed on your vehicle. Also the rest of the staff gets the job done quickly and correctly. Never had a bad experience here.

I went a year or so ago &the service was good. Reason why I suggested my mom tow her truck there when it broke down. Unlucky for us, her experience was not good. The owner was belittling to my mom. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with her truck &kept it for 6 days &couldn't fix it. My mom was out of work for a week &he charged her &was rude about it. When I tried to talk to him he was very stand offish &rude. I don't know if its because we're woman but his lack of respect towards his clients is repulsive. There are plenty of close shops, I will never be returning.

Had the front part of the undercarriage of my car fall down on the Richmond Bridge on a Friday evening. No body shop was open, so I went to O'Reilly's hoping for advice. They weren't very helpful, so I asked the staff outside the GV automotive (they were closed, but they were chatting) for a suggestion on how to fix it so I could drive it to my friend's house and try to fix it the next morning. With no hesitation, the staff told me to pull my car up, and they checked it and said they could easily fix it. The guy took about 15 minutes to rescrew the thing and said it was good as new. I didn't have to postpone my trip to LA! They weren't even going to charge me, but I gave him a tip. I was so impressed with their willingness to help and their honesty, that I would absolutely return to fix
