We had an incident while traveling out of state. The staff were amazing, professional and friendly. They took a look at the vehicle so would know how safe it was to continue driving it home and very very thorough in their explanation.

Went in with an insurance claim and thhey took my car for a week, fixed nothing, and damaged my car. Pictures sent in to insurance showed they literally did nothing. They were supposed to fix the bumper and back up camera on insurance while doing rear hatch and seat belt repair off insurance. Was told they'd fixed the bumper and camera was fixed with a simple reset...but bumper has same scratches and camera still doesn't work. They completely forgot the seat belt repair, said they just couldn't fix the hatch, and scratched up my car with their poor excuse of a wash. Didnt charge me for the hatch and seat belt and the office people were nice but they're basically taking insurance money and doing zero work.

Gwatney Collision did an excellent job—everything looked completely professional and was done right the first time. I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair. I received regular text message updates throughout the entire process—even when I was away. It was reassuring to stay in the loop without having to reach out myself. My vehicle was ready early. They originally gave me a completion date, and impressively, the work was finished a day ahead of schedule—just as promised. I really appreciated the reliability and efficiency.

Amy and Melissa were both wonderful!!! Gwatney Collision is the best. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready Wednesday evening. They have text message notifications as well.
