My experience with the guys at the West Markham location was excellent! They kept me informed of the status of my car repairs from start to finish. I received daily status updates via text. Trey was so nice and his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them if you need your car repaired!

After my car was sideswiped & my sideview mirror was destroyed, the gents at Gwatney Collision West made her look brand new again!! Service was great & they kept me updated through the entire process. I even noticed a piece from the door was missing after I picked it up but they took care of it immediately!! I definitely recommend them!

Horrible service Kyle the manager was so rude to me they fixed my car 2 months ago, put my windshield wipers on wrong, primer on my door handle and door as well, he got upset with me bc I told him what was wrong .. when he finally watched the video and figured out he was wrong he came back out! He also lied and said I scratched my own car real rude guy .. didn’t even put my fender on right, looks like they broke it trying to THROW it on there!!

My car is in worse shape when I pick it up. And they kept my car 3 weeks and they charged my insurance company for work they didn't do

Horrible place. Very unprofessional. They let my car sit out here. And it fried my battery and auxiliary battery. The heat melted my battery and the acid from my battery leaked into my auxiliary battery. I tried to go talk to the manager about it he was so very rude and racist towards me. I was trying to get a refund for my batteries he said I do not care and if you don’t drop your attitude i will call the cops on you. And he snatched my keys from me because I refused to pay for their services. Im a 5’3 girl who is not harmful in anyway. My car was in their shop for 4 weeks. Then landers kept sending them the wrong part twice. I will never use this place again. They also did not detail my car or realign my car like they said they would that was another thing I had to fix on my own, when t
