Gwatzilla Wash-N-Lube

Got the mega wash ($25) plus added tire shine ($3). Very disappointing outcome. Photos speak for themselves.

I noticed they raised their prices as has everyone , but I just spent twenty dollars for what should have been a five dollar wash! I spent the extra money to get my tires done and I just had to bring my car home and basically wipe it down to get all the spots that it missed and do my own tires! Definitely , could have spent that twenty dollars somewhere else 😒

I visited Gwatzilla a couple days ago after the ice storm to wash and vacuum my vehicle the vacuums across the board were not working. I called the establishment to ask when they would be back up and operating One of the staff members in the background commented that "is she calling down here about a damn vacuum not working" I thought it was very unprofessional. I did follow-up with the manager after the snow storm cleared I have been a Great member for years never before complainted about the fact that the washers don't always clean my car and I have to go around a second time that my tires are always still dirty and I have to go home and clean them however I've continued to pay my membership fees. For my concerns to be devalued and addressed in such a manner does not go over well with

Amazing staff, friendly and professional. Quick oil change at a decent price. We were traveling from out of state and are very glad this place was recommended to us.

Friendly staff, gets it really clean. I guess the only improvement is I wish the blower would get more water off. Seems to work better on the car than my Z71
