Predatory Pricing and Physical Threats by Owner (Jesse) I brought my 2018 Audi A5 here after speaking with the owner, Jesse. I was originally quoted $770 for a transmission fluid and filter change. Upon arrival, Jesse changed the price to $904. After I declined, I was called back and quoted a "revised" price of $530 for just the pan and fluid. When I dropped the car off, I called back a few hours later for an update. Jesse said he was about to start but changed the price a fourth time to $650, then mentioned if I wanted the filter changed (which we had already discussed) it would be $750. Fantastic service. I came in for an oil change and to check out a nasty noise coming from my front left wheel. Jesse took the time to inspect my wheel. Took off the wheel, calipers and eventually the rotor to find a rock inside that was causing the noise. The oil change was great and smooth. He used my requested oil and got everything done quickly and cleanly. Will be back again for any future needs for my car.

I had a great experience with Jesse at GüTWERKS GARAZ getting the starter motor replaced on my 2009 BMW 328xi. Anyone familiar with this engine knows that swapping the starter motor is quite a pain as a DIY job, which made me appreciate the professional work even more. From the very first minute, communication was clear, honest, and reassuring. Jesse kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and provided excellent documentation of the work, which I really appreciated. The job was done quickly (about two days total, mainly waiting on parts delivery), the price was more than fair, and you can truly tell he’s a passionate mechanic who takes pride in what he does. His knowledge of European cars really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone.

Jesse's repair shop(GüTWERKS GARAZ) is a fantastic find! He's not only professional and honest, but his workspace is impeccably clean. His rates are competitive, and the quality of work is outstanding. He specializes in Euro high perfomance cars. I've used his services for a variety of repairs and upgrades (HPFP, O2 sensors, Coil over adjustment, oil change and soon an intercooler upgrade) on my car, but I was particularly impressed with the walnut intake valve cleaning. The before-and-after pictures were incredible! The price for this service was very reasonable as well.
