Honestly I can't believe this level of service exists in modern times. I'll try to keep this to the point. I went to work one day and when I went to go home my car would not start. It was after business hours and I didn't really know what to do. I was able to reach Doug, who offered to come by and diagnose the problem. He not only did that but returned the following day and dissembled my car (in a public parking lot) and fixed it before my shift ended the following day!!!! His electronic invoices made it super easy to pay and he guaranteed his work. He shopped around to find me the lowest price parts. I literally didn't have to do a thing. He's honest, hard working and GENUINELY wants the best possible outcome for all of his clients. I've been a repeat customer more times than I can coun

I was having issues with my cars AC and Doug drove all the way out to my house in Mcloud and checked it out for me. Great guy and does great work!
