H & F Tire Service - Ephrata

H&F TIRE, Ephrata location: CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! After having a diagnostic test ran on our car, we took it to H&F in Ephrata to have the work done. The check engine light came back on the very same day. We come to find out the mechanics at the Ephrata location never did the actual job. This happened on 2 separate jobs in a matter of a few days A total of over $1,200 later, we have the car looked at by another mechanic only to find out THE WORK WAS NEVER DONE! The same old parts were still in the car!!! This situation turned into a big mess and inconvenience for us. Moral of this story --- make sure the work you wanted was actually completed with the appropriate NEW PARTS.

I had to make an emergency stop today after my vehicle decided to throw a service engine light amongst multiple other lights - thinking it was the transmission - I pulled into H&F desperate and hopeful. Every single man in there today treated me with respect, in a timely fashion and were extra generous and courteous. It's difficult to find great service - these guys are top notch! If I lived local - I'd make these guys my "shop" - Happy to say- it was just my Jeep having a temper tantrum - and all is well !

Walked in around lunch time and was able to get help mounting 2 pain in the butt ATV tires right before a scheduled trip. They were able to get them mounted and saved our family's weekend getaway. Great prices for their service too!

Awesome service. Great & convenient locations. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Since discovering H&F Tire Services, I've been coming to them for my inspections and just about any car service that they offer or doesn't require me going to the dealership. They have about the best prices I've found, and are very accommodating when it comes to appointments. Recently, I got a screw lodged in my tire, they were able to take me right away, and after about 10-15 minutes, they had my tire patched up, free of charge. If you haven't gone to these guys yet, and are close by one of their garages, check 'em out.
