Customer Service! I have found the business establishments in the Soo have excellent Customer service. I made an appointment with H&H Sound to have my Sirius radio system installed. I was given a date and time for the installation. I provided my phone # and pertinent information to the H&H personnel. I cleared my calendar so that I could keep this date. When I showed up at the designated time, I was told my particular car needed a special part for the installation and it would take about a week to get this part shipped in. They said they would call me when it arrived. Here it is two months later and still no call. When I went into their store I was told they could not get the needed part, When I asked why I was not notified of this fact I was told " Mistakes happen". I asked if this was

Brought in my Jeep to have a better stereo put in, got it back and it sounds fantastic. They also fixed a rattle that had been driving me crazy for months. Great job and great people.

Great store here. They put in a remote starter in our truck and previously sound in our car. Great service and great price, and quick. This is the place to go.
