H & H Collision

A friendly, local, but professional body shop. I had a fender bender but the staff at H & H made it easy despite the length to get parts. It wasn't their fault. They worked with my insurance, even found OEM parts, and detailed my car.

This was my experience with H&H Collision Auto shop. I am keeping this to the point with my facts. I can really write a short story, but I am not. The Auto shop was referred to me from the party responsible. In the beginning, everything seemed good. I was always greeted with smiley faces and helpful employees in the front office. Also, very friendly when I needed to talk to them over the phone. I felt like my vehicle, and I was in great hands! That all changed after I picked my vehicle up and noticed a part that was not appropriately attached correctly on my vehicle. Basically, my vehicle was given back to me incomplete and unresolved. Accidentally found H&H, and found them to be informative, through, and patient. They clearly explained potential solutions, and we're realistic and candid about costs and likely results.

I first want to apologize for my late review. H&H is locally owned and operated by Craig Hatton who can straighten bent frames or even do a complete frame swap for a new frame. His painter "Joe" is the best auto painter in the Middletown area, while Zack is the very best auto body repairman. After a serious accident I had the option to have our Toyota "Totaled"" by our insurance company or have it fixed. I love my car and chose to have it repaired and repainted. The new paint looked "factory" and I was extremely pleased. Car was in and out in under 30 days. A big shout out and thanks very much to Craig and his crew at H&H.
