Bad experience overall. My tire punctured from a piece of machinery at this smog shop which caused me to call AAA for a tow truck to a tire replacement place (another $300 for a new tire). Moreover the shop owner proceeded to get angry at me even though I was the paying customer. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.
Willy has the BEST Smog check service in the Bay Area!! Fast, Efficient, Accurate, Friendly, great Price! I was referred here by my Toyota mechanic. Will definitely come back in when DMV requests smog check again:D
