I’m on my seventh MINI since 2007, with my last three leased from Habberstad MINI. I’ve consistently had great experiences with both the sales and service teams. Most recently, my MINI was due for an oil service under warranty and I was genuinely impressed by their mobile “house call” option. Derek arrived at my garage on time with everything needed to complete the service on the spot. It saved me at least two to four hours I would have spent driving to the dealership and waiting. The only thing I missed was the complimentary car wash, but that’s a tradeoff I’m more than happy to make for the convenience.

I had a great experience bringing my used 2016 BMW i3 to get the car checked and serviced. My associate was Anthony and he did a fantastic job explaining everything about my car needs and what can wait for later to be serviced. He also set up a Lyft pick up and drop off from my house. Felt very welcomed by the front desk and the team.

From start to finish, Pete was professional, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain everything being done to my vehicle, answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident in the work performed. I had an amazing experience with Derrick from Habberstad BMW’s mobile service. He came out in freezing weather without a single complaint and handled my oil change like an absolute pro. You can tell right away how knowledgeable, skilled, and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my car with the same care you’d expect at the dealership. The convenience was unbeatable, the service was flawless, and Derrick went above and beyond from start to finish. 110% would request him again for any future maintenance. If you’re considering mobile service, ask for Derrick. You won’t be disappointed.

Pretty streamlined experience, decided to do it early in the morning figuring they got busy. The mini service is in the same building so they have lots of people here. Took 3 hours for an oil change and spark plug change on and x3. Stephon was the man over here. Plus they provide free coffee and snacks while you wait 5/5
