Hahn Ace Hardware

I was passing through Mukwonago and remembered that I needed a couple of items for a small plumbing project. Ace Hardware typically has staff who know their way around plumbing and electrical items, which is exactly why I stopped in. I had a leaky faucet and needed to replace a couple of stem valves. It was an off brand faucet, and I had the part I wanted to replace, but not much other information such as the manufacturer or part number. I got really good help from one of the folks near the service desk. I showed him the part, and he took his time to find one that looked like a match. It turned out to be the correct one and worked once I got home. I really appreciated the personal and professional assistance. Thanks, Frank!

Purchased a new snow thrower in early November. When the heavy snow on November 29 fell I painfully learned that the manufacturers marketing claims of the brand were not valid. I brought the unit back on the 30th and was given total credit towards another brand without any question. The staff was genuinely concerned and made sure I was able to receive the new unit within a couple of days when they were "sold out" due to the storm. They really went all out providing excellent customer service during an extremely busy time.

They honored the lifetime warranty for a broken Craftsman wrench right on the spot with no questions asked. Great service and great people. I walked out with a new wrench. However, the ACE in Burlington wouldn't do that. They told me I had to contact Craftsman, send back the wrench and fill out paperwork. I'll go to the Mukwonago ACE from now on.

Friendly staff, and helpful with what you may need. Walked in with an idea of what I needed, and they let me do my shopping and helped when items were needed. Decent prices as well.
