Take 5 Oil Change

The staff was very friendly and they did a great job with my oil change and extras that I asked for. I would have given five stars but they forgot to check my tires and they did not completely close my hood before letting me leave.

First of all I have to say you need need to train your employees. For the $150 I spent on a full service oil change it was anything but that. They basically changed the oil. I'm not sure if they even changed the filter. As soon as they brought me the bill I asked them if they checked the transmission fluid to which I was informed my Chevy Suburban didn't have a dipstick.I opened the hood and pointed to it through the windshield. The first guy pulled the dipstick and the second guy at knew to tell him the car had to be running to check it. After confirming it was full they closed the hood and said I was all set.I then asked them if they could check my tires to which Iwas told they normally don't do that but they would since I asked.When I left I started smelling oil so I had to stop an make

Wow, what an expensive oil change! They don’t have the price posted until you’ve pulled in the garage, so you feel like you don’t have an out. The $83 price seems a bit high for the standard tier (and they go up from there). They got out of checking the tire pressure by threatening an expensive towing bill if a valve steam breaks due to cold weather (fine, I went ahead and did it at home.). Then when I was hit with a $125 bill, I questioned it and asked to explain it, the tech said “because that’s what I said” or something really snotty like that. So the manager came over and explained it, $10 per extra quiet past 5 (I needed 8), $6 garage fee. They easily could have been transparent up front instead of selling it as $83, but chose not to (yeah, sure it was on the sign, but didn’t qui

Stay away from this location at all costs. They are totally incompetent. I went there for an oil change and expected that they would do a complete job including resetting the service light. When they were done they could not do this. As a result I had to drive about 30 miles (one way to Audi) to have this done. Meanwhile they showed me that the engine was overfilled with oil. This was likely the result of them not removing all of the old oil with their vacuum system rather than draining the oil pan. I had to remove almost 2 quarts of oil to get the oil level to where it should be and it appeared to be a mix of new and old oil. Total waste of time and money.

Just got oil change done yesterday. My wife took car up to nephews wrestling match. Noticed a good size puddle of oil in garage. 2024 Acura with 28k miles. Never leaked before. She is now on her way back to take 5 to see what the problem is. 120$ for an oil change and can’t even do it right seems a bit expensive. Will not go back again and hopefully they can get it fixed the second time.
