I brought my 2019 ram to Hail Pro’s The lady in the office that takes the information was nice, but I knew something was suspicious because she kept asking two individuals a man and Lady if they had cleaned the loaner vehicle. They gave me a black Tahoe that looked grey. when I got in the loaner vehicle, it was filthy inside and out when I went to try to pull out of the parking lot The steering wheel was shaking, and it was making a loud knocking noise, vibration like the axle was about to fall from underneath the car? I went back in and got the keys to my ram terrible customer service I don’t trust them with my truck if they were willing to allow me drive off in a loaner in this condition

Horrible service! They’ve been waiting on my motor since July! They got paid and haven’t fixed anything! Now im looking into taking my car somewhere else! please don’t waste your time with them! I didn’t wreck the loaner, it had a small dent. If you guys would have fixed my car a long time ago that wouldn’t have happened. And I do have insurance same insurance company that paid you to fix my car. Ive never heard of anything being on back order for more than 3 months. And no you guys never updated me i had to call you guys and would get told its coming and never did!

DO NOT take your car here. Listen to the other 1 star reviews from the past 6 months because they’re correct. They are crooks, do not communicate and will keep your car there for weeks without service. Replaced a bumper for my husband with another damaged bumper and kept $1,000. The “manager” hangs up on customers after they share their frustration about them being a crooked establishment. Please report all issues to DORA - Auto Industry Division.

I highly recommend using HailPro CO! There are tons of options for hail repair in Denver but you will not find a better place than HailPro CO. They have extreme attention to detail and there communication is nothing less than amazing. I had just purchased my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe two weeks prior to it receiving hail damage. As you could imagine with a brand new car, I was not willing to accept anything but perfection and HailPro CO truly delivered. Dawn and Nathan fought Progressive on my behalf to fix the hail damage on my Gladiator. Took a while because Progressive dragged their feet inspecting it, but they made it happen. They even detailed the truck when it was done. They are very friendly and flexible, willing to work with you. I highly recommend them.
