Haines Sunoco has serviced my family cars for over thirty years. Now that I’m relocating out of the area it has occurred to me that I never posted a positive review for one of my favorite vendors. The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. The team at Haines is awesome. They inspect our vehicles every year and never try to upsell us on things we don't need. 2 days ago I dropped off my vehicle with a check engine light. Apparently the light went off, they weren't able to find anything wrong and still tried to diagnose it. When I picked it up I realized they added gas (bc im an idiot and left less than a 1/4 tank). They didn't charge me anything. The team there is honest, professional and real. Not scam artists. Trust me, being a female with an auto background I've seen some things and know these guys are genuine.

I have been using their services for many years because they are the best! They provide prompt service and never had an issue with any service they have performed. I will never go anywhere else. Very trustworthy and reasonable.

I called for an oil change and received an appointment quickly. They called and let me know the car was ready. Everyone there that I have had contact with at this service station has been very professional and engaging.

I can't say enough good things about Haines—they went above and beyond when replacing the water pump in my truck! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had with a mechanic.
