While the online scheduling was easy and the final prices were reasonable, this shop struggles with communication and attention to detail. Getting an upfront price estimate was frustrating because the staff was very vague and hesitant to give actual numbers. Later, I never even received a phone call letting me know my drop-off was ready for pickup. When I did go to get my car, I found my hood wasn't fully latched shut—thankfully I noticed before hitting the road. They also just handed me my wheel lock key at the counter rather than putting it back where they found it. The mechanical work might be fine, but they desperately need to improve their transparency, customer communication, and final safety checks. What an amazing store. Needed help with TPMS. No appointment. I went to shop to see if they could help. The assessed situation and confirmed they could fix. I had a bad sensor. Took my car into the garage and within an hour,my car was fixed.Very reasonable as well. Great people. This was actually the second time I had an issue and they resolved it while I waited.. Had a flat tire and was able to get an appointment within the hour. The manager, Jove, was very friendly and nice and they took care of me right away. I wound up needing a whole new tire and he did not push me to buy the most expensive one but rather the best one for my money and everything was completed quickly. The serviceperson who took care of my car, Ian, was super sweet and made sure he not only checked the pressure of all my tires before I left, but also explained where to find the pressure information for my tires. (I told him that I would be sure to request him next time.) This is not the first time I have been there (the last time I went they patched my tire for nothing!) and it won't be the last. I highly recommend.

great shop. very quick service. jove and farid did a great job explaining all rhe issues i had with my car. i came in for a simple oil change, left with my brand spanking new breaks and flush of system. they were great at explain my issues and did quick repairs. love this shop 10 out of 10 will recommend

Jove at Mavis in -Royersford PA was an excellent. I had the toughest time getting my headlight out to replace it and he was able to do it with a few scratches on his knuckles. But saved my manicure. Customer service was top Notch. Thank you!!
