Haines Service Center

We've used Haines in the past but had moved out of state. We were on our way to the Dulles Airport to pick our daughter up before moving her back to Michigan. As we were coming into Inwood we had a front wheel bearing go out. They took our truck in right away, worked through lunch, and had us back on the road in time to meet our daughters plane. Just another example of their amazing customer service. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them.

Rude People. The customer service was discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. The mechanics failed to fix the issues with my vehicle, yet I was charged over $600 for work that was not done. I was sent back on the road in a car that was still unsafe to drive, putting my life at risk. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Stay Away.

Very impressed with these folks. Honest and I mean they could have easily charged me hundreds of dollars for service I thought I needed when in fact I did not need. Friendly reasonable prices for service work. Will continue to patronize this company for car repairs

Def would not recommend, just called to get a quote on some possible work, and spoke to someone who states she's the service manager, I started asking her questions about the job ,and not even 2 seconds into the call she started screaming about how she'd been there for 30 yrs, she knew this...that...and she didn't want to hear about it,she felt I was lecturing her lol, because I was asking good questions about the possible job, she hung up on me so of course I called back,then she started screaming again, said she had my name, and phone number like that was a threat, and if she dare puts my name or information I'll sue them for it, anyway, no wonder this place has bad reviews ,she stated she was the owner also thank goodness I called before taking my car there. Highly would not recommend.

Had to get my car jumped, as it would not start for work. I went to Auto Zone and they weren't able to install a battery and unfortunately sold me the wrong size (which I didn't know at the time). I called Haines, having never gone there before, and they told me to bring it right over. They thankfully had the correct size (after offering me the option of installing the one I brought) and put it in for me very quickly. They squeezed me in with no appointment (and got to work on it immediately), actually took the time to ask for my opinion of what I wanted to do, and had great customer service on top of it. I am glad I called them and will hopefully be using them as my primary mechanic for the foreseeable future.
