Great experience Ryan Smith went above and beyond for my husband and I everything went smoothly, we went in looking for a specific vehicle and he was honest with us letting us know the issues that particular vehicle had. I have purchased several cars from Haley over the years with no problems (all used) but May 3, 2025 I bought one of their used cars with no warranty. I had no idea this was even a thing. It was like I bought a car off of marketplace only paid dealer price. I did purchase a drivetrain warranty from them. But paid them $6500 plus $1700 for the warranty for the car and put a little over 800 miles on it before it was towed back to their dealership with a flashing check engine light (May 22). I had problems from the minute I left their lot. Headlights randomly going out, rear brakes that “required attention soon” according to their shop. They just inspected it in May. 🤷‍♀️and entire dash panel out. Then ultimately flashing check engine light. They did nothing to help me get out from under t
