Horrible customer service experience. Steer clear if you need an accurate diagnosis. Or if you need same day or next day service for something with some minor complexity! If you want a generic guess or a shopping list of parts this is the place! The service advisor, we were assigned was Marshal. This guy has a serious lack in mechanics and electronic functions. As well as customer service. Based on the quoted response “ Oh my lord” when questioned about the vast list of parts needed. Also that he also could not supply or locate any of the needed parts. (Assuming due to the vehicles age older than 10years) We are now on day 3 and not only are we still without a definitive diagnosis to our vehicles issue. I now have a very upset a client that has cancelled the work assigned for that vehicle

Anyone can goof up. I was told I needed parts to complete a recall on my vehicle, and I was told I would be called when the parts came in. Well, 3 weeks later, talking to 4 different people, being placed on hold, was finally told parts were in, and that repairs could be scheduled. I was told it would take an hour, and that's about how long it took. 3 YEARS LATER THEY REPLIED TO THIS

No need in wasting your time if you wish to negotiate. I personally felt uneasy here. The finance manager didn’t have an ounce of customer service. They definitely lost a sell.

My experience was not a good one, after spending $700 to get my headlights replaced the technician broke my console cup holder cover and didn't fix all my lights correctly. I reported it to the service manager and he acted as if I was at fault. After agreeing to replace the part he told me that they no longer carried it In stock. My vehicle didn't leave the shop the way I left it. This is the Second Time I had to have a part replaced that I didn't put it in the shop for!!!

Got a match set of GMC, Arcadia AT4 and Canyon AT4. Staff is fantastic 👏 👌
