I had a problem starting my car after the cold spell we had with the ice rain and snow a couple weeks ago. After the snow cleared went out to my car to go to store and it would not stay running, so thought ok battery is low not having enough charge to keep it going. Had someone come jump it he tried and he said I needed new battery, so had it towed to goodyear tire and auto, they told me they couldn't work on it because once they put battery tester on it it read that there was a auto theft alarm that was triggered and they couldn't work on it. So had it towed to Haley auto Chester location, I called and made the appt for 7;30 in morning, waited till around 9 the next day as I had not heard back on battery placement which was what my appointment was for. I had the BEST experience with Jennifer at Haley Ford Body Shop getting my car fixed after someone attempted to steal it. She handled me with compassion and gave me thorough details of what to expect while also ensuring the insurance company did their part in a timely manner! She was honest, knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and gave me constant updates throughout the entire process. Her coworker Crystal also gave me detailed updates during the repair process. I highly recommend Haley Ford based on the customer service I received from Jennifer and Crystal. (She also offered to clean the glass out of my car...SO SWEET!!)

Excellent work and customer service! After negative experiences with other repair shops recommended by my insurance company, I knew everything would be fine after hearing Jennifer's voice. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and checked in throughout every step of the process. The repair and paint job to my fender was amazing and surprisingly quick. Mason was wonderful. Made the experience a smooth one by staying in constant contact. The wonderful ladies that answered the phone were always friendly, polite and professional. I would recommend this shop for your auto body needs!
