This shop is unprofessional, unknowledgeble, time wasting, Especially the guy named Ian. My car was there more than a month for a simple bumper repair. They eating up insurance money. Don't ever come here.

DO NOT GO HERE! First, the customer service is terrible. They were very rude to me while dropping my car off to get an oil change on 5/9. Secondly, they never called me when it was ready to pick up (they told me they would). I had to call them an hour before they closed. Lastly, when I picked up my car they had left the passenger window open and it had rained heavily that day. My passenger seat was soaked. They told me the manager would contact me. Manager never did. I texted their customer service number on the weekend regarding the incident, no response. I called on Monday and they showed no care for what they did. Will never going here again! I recommend going to the New Haley down Hull Street in the Brandmill area. I hope Haley closes this shop up asap!! Only went with this location be

You’ve been warned by the other terrible reviews. Today I dropped my car off and asked how long it would take. "An hour and 15 minutes" I was told. An hour forty minutes later I asked how much longer, which is when I noticed my car was exactly where I parked it. They had not even taken it back! I got a "yeah sorry we're busy on Mondays" from the SAME GUY who told me it would only take 75 mins. Said they would make it up to me, which they obviously did not. Lesson learned - take your vehicle somewhere with better reviews where they can be trusted

I only trust Toyota Body shops with my Toyota, they did not disappoint. Thank you Lisa so much for working with me. She gets shit done!! 🔥🔥❤️

Alessia hair with the team at Haley Toyota Body Shop in midlothian. They are one of the best spots in town to have work done in your prius. Their customer service team is courteous and informed. Their mechanics are knowledgeable and capable. Would recommend for anyone looking to have their prius worked on in Richmond!
