Great service and came quickly when needed a tow! Excellent experience with annual vehicle inspections over the years, and found they stand behind their work. Glad to have such an exceptional team/garage in Stormstown. Definitely recommend!

My car had issue and was not starting. I wanted to get it loaded on my uhail car trailer. The guy came promptly and helped loading the car on our trailer. Was a very nice and helpful. Thank you.

Has contracts with most student apartments and will stalk parking lots late at night and tow your car even if your permit is up and on display at 9pm at night with no notice at all. Was extremely smug when I called and asked if they towed my car, I told him my pass was there and he just said no. When I went to get my car I realized I left my window was down and my permit was moved. Was towing another car from Tremont lot (with its windows down, same as mine pre my pass being moved) when I went to get my vehicle at 10:00 at night. $335 to get it out. If you don't notice till morning its an extra $60 charge for it to be there overnight.

Beware of Halfmoon Towing – Predatory Practices Had an awful experience with Halfmoon Towing. They towed my car from *my assigned parking spot, right in front of my door*, just because I forgot to hang my permit. It was spring break, the lot was half empty, and they towed it without warning—then charged me a ridiculous $335 to get it back. I checked my lease, and there’s no mention of requiring notice before towing. This feels like a blatant cash grab rather than actual enforcement of parking rules. Be extra cautious if you park anywhere they operate—this company seems to prioritize profit over fairness. If you’ve had a similar experience, it might be worth reporting them to local authorities.

AAA told me I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before I would even get a time for someone to come to jump my battery. I called Half Moon, they told me they'd be here in 20 minutes, and they actually arrived in 10. They don't take AAA any more. They used to, but the driver told me there were too many hassles in getting paid, so they stopped. I had to pay them for the service, including a Sunday surcharge, but it was well worth it, as I was able to get where I needed to be on time.
