Let me start with Andrea and the guys do an amazing job! Going into this they knew I absolutely hated dealerships due to past issues, but they did nothing but welcome me and make me feel comfortable the whole way with the process. Andrea is straight forward and does not drag you around with lies and promises. What you get is what you see and I really liked that. No shady dealings or lies like these other big corporate dealerships. If I wanted it fixed or replaced they did so before I signed the paperwork. First time I actually couldn’t wait to write a review. I just purchased a pick up truck from Rick & Andrea and it truly was my best buying experience ever! First I drove all the way from Chicago to buy this vehicle prior to arriving Rick explained and described the truck to a tee and went over and above being my eyes since I was such a distance. Not to mention I owned a used car dealership for over 10 plus years so I know when someone is being sincere honest & thorough Rick was all the above. we worked with andrea today to buy my first car. she was very real, honest, and worked hard to make sure i got a good deal. the dealership itself had a lot of options for me to choose from and i know i got the best deal at Halleck. andrea was sweet enough to stay after hours to make sure i could take the car home the same night. 10\10 experience

Walked in to look at the 1995 Ford we saw. The woman took one look at my boyfriend and we could tell he was judged on his appearance. She refused to look at him after the first glance, and in her voice it was apparent she felt she was wasting her time. (Unlike her pleasant phone voice when he called earlier.) Not having the decency to look at someone when you talk to them is just rude. So we took his excellent credit and 6 figure income somewhere else since she didn't seem to make the sale. Not everyone wears a suit and tie... don't judge.
