This is a great place with customer service. Matthew that always waits on me is very helpful. Kind informative! I feel like they're priced reasonably. Also, I've been there a few times for a few vehicles.

Been working with Shane for a couple weeks on getting polished wheels and new tires for my new to us motorhome before buying it.He's been very helpful on this service not knowing I was going to go as far as 80 miles to do business with him.We set up a day after he special ordered tires he didn't sell and got them in a very timely manner plus he had 4 of the 6 tires I wanted in stock so it was quick for me to have this done. My wife and I got there in Bowling Green Ohio 45 min earlier then I said and waited maybe 15 min at most and was greeted with courtesy and respect and was told to pull up at a specified location and they started working on taking all wheels off to remount new tires and four highly polished wheels which is done in house at his location at a very reasonable cost. We had some friends from out of state with a flat tire on Saturday. Northwest was able to fit us in their schedule and put a new tire on the car so they could get back home by Sunday evening with their car. They were friendly and up front with us from the beginning that it wasn't guaranteed they could remedy this emergency without knowing what tire was needed, but they were able to fix the tire once we got there and helped us out a great deal!

Came here for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2008 Lexus ES350. Called the day before to schedule an appointment and they were able to take it the next day. I dropped my car off at the scheduled time and they had it ready in about an hour and a half. Both the oil change and tire rotation were about $20 cheaper than I have paid at the dealer before and both appeared to be done correctly based on my inspection after. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.

I’d been limping my civic on crummy old tires for a long time. I got some used tires on fb marketplace and needed a good price to have them mounted, balanced, with new valves. I called several establishments including Tireman(belle tire now maybe?), Midas, and a couple others. This was the best price by about a $40 difference, even though I didn’t buy the tires from them directly. I just drove on i75 and everything feels fantastic.
