My husband and I were just browsing looking to test drive the KIA Telluride since our vehicle was totaled in a car accident recently. Looked at a few on the lot, went inside spoke with Jayden Willis about testing driving. Jayden asked what my needs and wants were in a vehicle and picked one in our range. He grabbed the keys warmed it up and out the door we went. Came back, saw the one in the color I was eyeing in another spot that wasn't sold yet. Test drove that one and few hours later we were out the door and on our way home. The sales staff are all super friendly. I can't say enough about Jayden making our purchase smoothly and within the budget we had set. There was no pressure to purchase and everyone was so amazing. Easiest car buying experience, car was reasonably priced. Got an amazing deal. Everyone was very nice to my entire family, and very patient with us as we had a ton of questions and test driving. I didnt feel the anxiety I always get in those situations at all.

I had a GREAT experience at Halleen Kia of Sandusky! As soon as we got to the lot, Jeremiah was very helpful. He was very informative when asking questions, I had a lot of them. We test drove a 2027 Telluride and he gave me a bunch of details about the vehicle before driving it and while driving it. If he didn’t know the answer, he would go find out right away. We made another appointment to talk more about the vehicle and with Jeremiah’s help explaining SO MUCH, I was able to make my decision on what I was going to do. I now have a 2027 KIA Telluride in my driveway thanks to the help of everyone in the shop. I am very thankful and excited to work more with this KIA dealership. They offer so much more than other dealerships we went to!
