Nick is the first & only mechanic I trust! I’ve taken my vehicle to him a few times now & I’m always very pleased with his services. After many awful experiences with shady mechanics who think they can take advantage of me being a young woman, nick is truly a breath of fresh air. Honest & reasonable guy who knows his stuff!

While we were getting ready to leave Castaway Bay, my alternator decided to quit on me. I was stressed and unsure what to do, but thankfully I found NGC Automotive and more importantly, Nick, the amazing owner. Even though it was close to closing time, Nick didn’t hesitate to help. He said he could get the part and start the repair first thing the next morning. I had my van towed to his shop (just 10 minutes away), and luckily my insurance covered it. I called the next morning to make sure he got the keys from the drop box, and he immediately put me at ease. Nick kept in touch the entire time, answered all my questions, and even sent photos so I could see exactly what was going on. He ended up replacing both the alternator and the battery at a fair price, and both came with a warranty.

I left Sandusky for 8 years and after moving back, I didn't have a mechanic that I knew and could trust. A buddy of mine recommended NGC. Nick took care of my issue at a fair price and in a timely manner. I still wasn't sure if this was the place I was going to be taking my car issues to all the time. After taking my car to get brakes done somewhere else, out of desperation and then taking my car back to NGC for a different issue I found out quickly that Nick is trustworthy and a honest person. I will not be taking my car anywhere else.
