Halls Service Center Tire Pros

Brian and his team always take care of me in a timely manner. Have ordered tires from them 2-3 times now and they’re always there and on my car in a timely fashion. Have taken me to and from in their courtesy shuttle as well. Couldn’t ask for better people so close to home.

We have used Halls Service Center for years, upon the recommendation of our son and daughter-in-law and have always been very pleased with the courtesy of the staff and the professional service. After purchasing a used car in another state, we brought it to Halls for a thorough inspection and recommendations. The pros at the service center provided a quote the next day with several options for tires and additionally for services that would be beneficial to perform. It was quite a list, but the car was ready 48 hours after we dropped it off and we are now confident that our new-to-us car will carry us safely for the next few years.

After taking Ford truck back for warranty work on transmission starting getting "shift solenoid" codes. Contacted HSC and explained that I was 2 hours away. They said they contacted Ford and my local transmission shop could do the work. My shop checked with Ford who said original shop only. Made 2 hour trip (one way) to drop off truck. After daily calls (rarely returned) over a WEEK they said problem was connector outside transmission and charged me over $300. Days later same code. Called back and their "solution" was to bring back in and they would reinstall old connector. I said I want my money back and "manager" said "hold your breath. It doesn't work that way." I would never take a vehicle to Halls Service Center.

My husband and I stopped in here on our way home from Knoxville due to a tire issue and they replaced all of my tires and got me in immediately with no hesitation. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

I cannot say enough great things about Halls Service Center. I have a 2020 M340i, and I bring it here anytime something comes up. They’re honest, they truly care about doing things the right way, and their pricing is always fair. They’ve earned a customer for life.
