I moved back to Richmond almost 2 years ago and I didn’t have anyone that I new that could be trusted To work on my car. I found out about Halls auto from my sweet Nephew, i needed tires and my windshield wipers fixed also state inspection. Let me tell you these Gentleman are absolutely the most Amazing man I have met. I’m older and I can’t remember anyone having as much patience with me as they did. I just like too late all the ladies out there no if you’re alone and a single female, older or younger, these gentlemen are awesome people. These guys saved me a ton of money. Went to another place for an oil change and they said I needed new steering boots and tires. After the oil change my car started making a weird sound and they were quoting me over $1800 for repairs. Took it to Hall’s instead and they found no issue with the steering boots or tires and I instead just needed a new alternator which is what was causing the sound. Got my car all fixed up at a fraction of the price with fast and friendly service 😊 Very honest employees that value integrity. Great place and will definitely be coming back here for any future car maintenance.
