Haltom City Western Center Carwash

This place is run down. Yesterday, 1/17/2025 I went to wash my brand new Tundra. While cleaning the wheel/ tires I placed the hose next to me on the ground. The hose was rubbing against my truck and when I finished I noticed it made a big scratch on my driver door and fender. I’ve been to other car wash places and never had this issue with their water hose. On top of that, there was a big hole on the roof. Not going to be washing my truck or any vehicle here again.

Half of the time the card readers don’t work. Half of the time it doesn’t accept cash money. A car changer has no spot to put money in. Half of the options like spot free rent do not work.

Don’t go here. Nothing works, the vacuums don’t even have hoses. Take it off what you offer at least so people don’t keep wasting their time.

If you're not going to keep the place maintained, sell it. Put a quarter in one of the bays and lost it. Vacuums have no hoses. What's the point of this wasted space of a business?

In from out of town. Vehicle with no tags in one bay and the other took my card and said unable to process. Then took my coins. Can't get a hold of anyone. Should have realised why the one two blocks over had a line and this one nothing.
