Easy to work with, car buying is stress free here. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen. Hamilton provided pictures, a thorough walk around, and referenced the CarFax report. They were very patient with my shipping company as well. On the phone everyone I spoke to was friendly. I couldn't ask for a smoother transaction. Few used vehicles are without issues, the important thing is you know what they are before you buy, and that was well documented here with the biggest issues being some areas of paint to touch up. These were photographed and shown clearly prior to purchase. From halfway across the US I can say buy with confidence from Hamilton. Be careful, they are trying to scam people and charge extra money. I went to the service because my car had a steering issue — when I turned the wheel quickly to the left, it would get stuck. They said it might be an alignment issue and that they would check it. I specifically asked, “What is the price, and if it doesn’t fix the problem, will you still charge me?” They responded, “We’ll just take a look first,” and took my car into the shop. I waited for about an hour. After that, they asked me to pay $500 and said the issue was not fixed and that the steering gearbox needs to be replaced. They also said that would cost $3,500. I told them they never mentioned any diagnostic fee, and the so-called alignment they performed did not fix the issue, so why should I be required to pay $500? They

Great experience on service of my vehicles …very knowledgeable, honest about the work needed and nice turnaround time on service. Also great experience on purchase of a vehicle…thoroughly inspected, good price and value and not pushed for a sale.
