Hamiltons Towing

Hamiltons was great throughout the entire process from the accident to getting my truck back after my insurance gave me the run around! Everyone from the front desk to the guys towing my truck were very friendly and understanding of the situation. I appreciate their service! Do not hesitate to give these guys a call for your all your towing needs!

I called about my car that was left in the Home Depot parking lot. It wouldn't drive the night before. On short notice, they picked it up, and took it to my mechanic that I wanted! Even without me being there, and not having my keys in the vehicle. They only needed part of my VIN. They also called me about updates and we're very informative and friendly. If I ever need a tow again, I will absolutely call them. I have them saved in my contacts lol- let's hope not of course... But I recommend them!

When Marcus showed up, I knew I was in good hands because he had such a great attitude. He was friendly, cheerful and very professional. Told me exactly what to do and after getting my car unstuck from the snow, he stuck around to make sure my car was garaged and I was satisfied. The receptionist was also very nice. i was stuck in snow by a sign driver had me hold my wheel straight as i was reaching to shut my door he started pulling the car out before i got to my door and bent my door back on the sign and proceeded to say its my fault for not having the door shut as the driver didn’t give me time too (whoever responded to this review clearly didnt read it the driver didnt give me enough time to get into my car buckle in and shut the door he started backing up as i was REACHING out and over to grab the door the driver started pulling it out the boss or manager we talked to on the phone steve hensley was rude about it not taking any responsibility over his driver still isnt clearly. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THERE SERVICES!!)

Samantha deserves the 5 stars. My car was hit and ran on. Not left with many options I parked it in a private lot, checked on my vehicle, and left notes, all while waiting to hear from my slow to take action insurance company. I understand this was not ideal and my car was deemed abandoned and towed. Samantha helped me out by allowing me to come early in the morning to at least grab my belongings out of my vehicle before the insurance company towed it 2 hrs away. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding, Sam. You looked out when you didn't have to.
