Rich told me to replace converter trouble started then. The check engine light repeatedly came on, went back-and-forth to his shop and they kept telling me CONVERTER was defective and it was not. THEY failed to install two sensors had to go back for one. Went to the dealership the dealership video proves that Rich tampered with the intake duct hose and broke it. He also broke my engine cover as well and did not offer to replace. STAY away from this place. They are rip off artists. IT’S a shame cause he was a nice guy.
