The people at Hampden Automotive are awesome! My car wouldn't start at 5am one weekday and I drive 2 hours to work. I called them at 5:20am to see if they could help me and someone came out at 5:45am to look at my vehicle. It needed to be jumped but I also needed a new battery. They told me to drop it off at the shop. I moved here a few months ago so no family or friends to help me. They loaned me a vehicle so I could get back home until it was fixed. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help their customers! Reasonably priced mechanics and they do a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! I am so grateful I found them! 😁👍

Highly recommend Hampton Automotives! Their customer service is impeccable. Matt gave me excellent service from start to finish. He kept me updated the whole time on my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was given a loaner car and told up front about the credit card machine that charges because a lot of places won’t tell you that! My car is now running like a deer. I have a new mechanic! Do you have any idea how hard the good ones are to find? Guys you made this girl so happy, fixed my tire issue, inspection, oil change and replacement of a rear window wiper in under 2 hours, so incredibly friendly outgoing to explain a minor change and so understanding of someone who had to wait while they worked. Need a new mechanic? THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO GO. Thank you so so much!

In an emergency situation they went above and beyond to help us when locked out of our car while running at a gas station , to drop what they were doing to help us . If you can’t count on a service to help you in good times , don’t expect any response when desperately needed .
