We are vacationing in St Augustine from Ohio and our Chevy Silverado broke down. We took it to Hanania Automotive to get it fixed. Not being from this area we were very fortunate we picked this dealership for help. The service adviser Greg Short was fantastic. He took care of everything with the extended warranty company and took the time to explain what needed to be done in detail. They gave me a ride to the camp ground we were staying at and picked me up the next day to go back and get the repaired vehicle. They washed and vacuumed the vehicle which was much appreciated. When it came time to pay my portion was just the deductible on the extended waranty which was exactly what Greg had said it would be. I totally recommend this place for service.

The sales desk and I agreed upon a price and the next morning I realized that price had changed by $2,000 in financing. Then I noticed they added a roadside assistance plan for another $1,000 that I did not ask for. I thought they were honest mistakes but I have got the run around for 9 months with absolutely no effort to correct these issues. Multiple calls to my salesperson Heather with no call back. Spoke to the GSM a dozen times and nothing but empty promises. I would avoid doing business with Jack Hanania Buick GMC.

I was calling multiple dealerships to work out a deal and they were hands down the easiest ones to work with. Shout out to Aaron and the finance team you guys made the process easy and enjoyable.

We came to Jack Hanania to originally look at a used Colorado. Well we found out from our sales lady (Aldi) that the truck was in 2 accidents. Even though she said they went through it. It just wasn’t for me. I walked outside to smoke a cigarette and right there in front of me was the truck I wanted. It was as a brand new 2025 Colorado Black on Black. I feel in love. Went back in and talked to Aldi about it and with her hard work got me right at the payment we wanted. Needless to say we went back up on Sunday to sign the paperwork and drive my new baby home. Thanks Jack Hanania and especially Aldi for working with us and getting us the best deal possible.
