Went and had 2 new tires on the front and an alignment done. 3 day later wheel almost and off my truck tire is bad and wheel got bent in the process. also had to pay for tow too. All they would do for me is give me a new tire

I have a 2005 gmc envoy that has break issues. I called and stated that I had a vehicle for them to look at and they told me to bring it by. I drove the vehicle with bad breaks to the shop. Told them that the vehicle has been sitting for a few years and that my girlfriend drove it on bad breaks to where it broke the rotor and caliper. I personally replaced the rotor and caliper. Tried to bleed the breaks but the breaks wasn't building any pressure. I told them the story with the envoy and the moment I said it was sitting for a couple years the older gentleman handed me my key back and said "we don't mess with vehicles that sit that long because of fluids and stuff" and refused to even look at it. So I had to drive the envoy back home without any rear breaks. I work on vehicles a lot. I

Terrible place to go. Charged full price for alinement. Messed it up, took it back they “adjusted it” (just made it pull left instead of right) then took to another shop for alinement and they tell me my control arm bolt is stuck. So it wasn’t even alined. Thanks for wasted 4 hours of my time!

Called before hand and asked for my tires to be aligned then when I showed up all they did was check the tires after I walked around town in the cold waiting for them to get done with my car.... When I picked up said car they told me they just checked my car and I wanted them to do more I would have to wait again...no! I called before hand told you my issues and you charged me to do the work I already did and never did what I called to come in and do and afterwards the person who handed me my car keys back was the most rude person working that day the only reason no 0 or 1 staris because they had a cute pet in the building

Honest people. If you don't need the work, they will not push it. I have always felt respected when there. They are the people I can trust my daughter to.
