HANK’s Auto was recommended to me to resolve an electrical issue on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade. Something was draining my battery within 24–48 hours, which was extremely frustrating. I had previously taken my truck to another shop that failed to fix the problem—despite charging me a hefty amount. I decided to give it one last shot and brought my truck to HANK’s. The 5-star reviews I saw on Google were absolutely accurate! The team was professional, communicative, and Autumn kept me updated throughout the process. Steve provided a fair estimate and diagnosed the issue quickly—no small feat, considering electrical problems on modern vehicles packed with electronics can be tricky. Had a suspected timing chain issue. Had car towed to hanks, as I figured engine was shot, was referred by their competitor down the street from them as they didn't do engine replacement. The mechanic who checked out my car at Hanks assured me that the pistons didn't bust my valves and a timing chain was the culprit, I think his name is Steve. Had the timing chain replaced and car has been running GREAT, albeit it's only been 2 weeks, but I have full confidence this won't be a problem anymore.

Hank's used to be a great repair shop, but they've gone way downhill under new management. I got my brakes fixed less than a year ago for a whopping $1400. Steeper than it should have been, but fine. Now I just found out that I need my brakes fixed again, so for that price they didn't even do good work. Go anywhere else. The reviews are outdated. Currently recommending Doug's Muffler since they do brakes as well, for a lot less.

I've been taking my car to Hank's Auto for years! They are quick, two days at the most, depending on the problem with the car, professional, reasonably priced, always reliable, conveniently located. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

I'm not from the area. My car 2013 Equinox started running rough. Smoke was coming out of the back. And I just passed Hanks and pulled in. I had bought the car 2 weeks earlier from a dealer. It's always scary walking into a Auto Repair Shop as a Woman knowing nothing about cars. I can't thank Phil enough along with Hank. Seems whoever owned the car before left a rag in the oil pan.
