Horrible experience. This was my first auto claim so I did not understand the whole process. I really think Brad took advantage of that and whomever else was handling my claim. They come in like they want to fix your car and get you the most coverage but they really dont care who pays. They repaired my car and did all the supplement work without even asking me if that was OK. I thought that was illegal? So they called and said my car was ready and would not release my car until I paid an additional $950.00 and my deductible that my insurance did not approve and I did not authorize. I waited a couple of days to see if insurance would approve but I needed my car. I had to pay the money or I will still not have my car. Now I am trying to get my money back from my insurance and so far

Dont let the reviews fool you this shop used to be great family owned and operated but after lithia bought it they turned to hanks cobble shop do not trust them with a car you care how it looks or if you expect to get your car back within any reasonable time

Hank's is fantastic. If you need body or glass work done, I can't recommend them enough. I went in for warranty work, and inquired about a few other things that needed done on the truck. Their prices are great, the work was top-notch, and the customer service is unmatched. Sometimes I wonder if it's really worth the two hour drive to avoid doing business with the dealerships in Bozeman and my experience at Hank's 100% justifies the drive. I would be remiss reviewing the shop without complimenting Christy in the front office. She was super helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about both the process and the work performed. In addition, she made sure that I was up to date on the status of the work and anything else that I needed to know. If more than five stars were available, I'd award those

Really wish I could give a good experience here... I set up an appointment to have my sunroof fixed and just came off a 12-hour shift to bring it in. They told me an hour into it that they couldn't look at it and didn't know what exactly was wrong. When I pressed for getting it fixed (it's the nicest car I have ever owned and wanted everything working), he took down my email and told me he would contact me. It's been over a week now, and nothing. I just wanted it fixed, now I have to find someone else.
