Sold my husband a jeep in November and no lie a month or so later clutch went out!! They said they’d pay $700 towards the cost of repairs which was $1700 and he goes to collect and they say it’s been too long and said they’ll do $350. We had to save for the rest and to treat people this way is insane!! Absolutely horrible service and no professionalism. Do not buy cars from these people

This is a long review, but I ask that you take the time to read it and arm yourself with knowledge. Vehicle purchased: 2010 Chevy Equinox. They maliciously hid codes prior to our arrival. We had oxygen sensor codes pop up a few days after our purchase. These codes do not just happen randomly, they are indicative of a problem that has been happening for a while. Our problem wound up being that the engine had loose piston rings which burned oil and clogged the exhaust system which the O2 sensors were properly reporting. The fact these codes were not there when we arrived and popped up so soon after our purchase indicates they were purposefully cleared from the ECU prior to our arrival. Bought a Chevy Colorado and was told only ABS system would need work and after paying over $3000 in repairs days after buying the truck there is still thousands more needed done. Would never purchase a vehicle from this lot ever again. Already trading it in for a different truck. Scammed is an understatement. If I could give no stars I would.
