Hanser’s Towing & Semi Truck Heavy Wrecker

Truck broke down in the middle of no where. Totally lost and frustrated but Hansers took good care of us. Had our truck loaded in no time, trailer attached, and off in a clean air conditioned truck. Got us were we needed to go and Josh the operator was amazing to deal with. 2 thumbs up.

My brother and I had worked in Missoula for a week, and we were returning home to Lewistown in my truck and 20ft trailer when we broke down near Bozeman. All towing companies that we called had no one available, or wouldn't tow us back. Hansers was recommended by another towing company and when I called them they immediately got right on it. They sent Willy "an employee of Hansers" from Their Lewistown station, and he wasted NO TIME in coming down to get us, and was able to tow our truck and trailer back home! He was friendly and calm which was very helpful during an obviously stressful situation! Hansers will, when no one else will..

Took two hours to get to my location which was 10 blocks from hansers towing company. It was negative 24 degrees out. The fact it took two hours is wild. And then tells me he can tow it to a body shop for no charge and then I get a bill for 700$ and I'm denied access to my daughters car seat until the bill is settled. Told the body shop they would scrap the vehicle for 250$ which brought my bill down to 450$. Go to pay it and they say " we would never pay more than a 100$ for that. Complete lack of communication. Preceded to charge people without a signature of any kind. It's extortion bottom line. They take advantage of people at their most vulnerable.

Ryan with Hanser's went above and beyond to help me. After hitting a deer, I couldn't find a rental in Lewistown and was 6 hours from home. Ryan let me hitch a ride to Billings, lined up someone to take me to my rental and entertained me with stories for the several hours drive there. Everyone should be more like Ryan.

When other towing companies declined to tow our RV back to Missoula from Lewiston, MT, Hanser Towing safely brought us and our rig home. I can't praise Willy Walters enough for his professionalism and for safely bringing us and our rig back to Missoula.
