Gary is very reasonable. Very honest and fair. Had to get a new starter for my vehicle and it was ordered, delivered and installed in an hour give or take. Also has a couple very friendly Kitty Cats inside

First experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Price was very fair for an inspection and emissions. Single woman at auto shop and I didn't feel taken advantage.

Lifted my truck with improper lift points and broke my frame. Gary says my truck was too rusty and my sand bags in the bed are the reason it broke. If it was that rusty why did you have me underneath the truck 5 minutes before it fell? I could have gotten seriously hurt. Why did you not take the sand bags out if they were a problem. Gary also gave my auto insurance his PERSONAL Lines insurance. Doesn’t seem to be carrying commercial insurance. If he does he did not provide that information to my agent and declined to make a claim. I will forever warn people about this garage. My truck is ruined and Gary took no accountability. My truck shouldn’t have been lifted by just the cab. You’re supposed to support under the bed by the rear leaf springs.

The best garage I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. Honest people. Honest work. The work is done right the first time. I recommend Hanson's to everybody. My 2001 Expedition needed a massive amount of work. It came back a new vehicle. Excellent service and quality.

Easily one of the best shops in the whole area. Gary is an honest man who really knows what he is doing. Greg, who works there, is pretty awesome too and very knowledgeable. You will have everything explained to you on what repairs need done and also have your vehicle back in a timely manner. I have highly recommended this business to everyone I know and will continue to do so. We plan on using his shop for our business and personal needs for many years to come.
