Happy Camper RV Caldwell Superstore

Had a mishap with our coach. Was advised to go to Happy Camper in Caldwell as they are the dealer for Gulfstream and thus could order all the parts necessary for the repair. We were skeptical at first but very happily surprised with their communication, workmanship, and delivery follow up. The coach looks great and they handled coordination with the graphic company also. It's a one stop shop with very competent staff. They just got a new customer! Thanks for the super job on the repair and great job installing our new solar system on the roof.

The entire buying experience was great. Everyone from Greg in sales, the GM and Finance manager, even the staff walking around while we waited in the lobby were all very helpful. Chris, who conducted the final walk through was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and patient. Fives stars from beginning to end.

We had a wonderful experience with Happy Campers. Cory, DJ, Ryan, and Lloyd were exceptional. They provided a seamless process that easily met all our needs. I bought a travel trailer from them at the RV show last weekend. I worked with Derek Day who was fantastic, and incredibly helpful. They had a rep there from the mfg. who answered the technical questions I had that I would not have expected any sales person to know which was very nice. We sat down and made a fair deal and wrote up the paper work on the spot. Got everything I wanted, and am extremely happy with the service I have received so far. I still have to pick it up later this week and there is more they have yet to do. Thanks Derek and Happy Camper. You have truely made me a Happy Camper!

I was really impressed with Corey and the staff at Happy Campers! Corey is well informed and honest, something that is hard to come by these days. He went above and beyond to insure I had a positive experience. Extremely grateful for the way I was treated.
