Happy Camper RV Sales

We have nothing but great thins to say about Happy Camper. It’s refreshing to do business with a locally owned business that truly cares about their customers. We took over a year to finally pull the trigger on the trailer we purchased, doing a lot of looking around at other brands and floor plans, but finally came back to the original first choice. Nic was helpful and patient over this time period, never once pressuring us to buy. The entire buying experience, from Nic our salesman, Troy in the finance department finalizing our purchase, to Kyle in the service department who walked us through everything when we picked it up, has been first class. We highly recommend Happy Camper!!

I purchased a new trailer from Happy Camper at the recent RV Show. In addition to Derek Day who was great as my sales rep they had factory reps from Forest River who was available to answer some additional technical questions. The whole experience from the sale at the show to picking it up later at their lot was easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend them!

This is Steve’s wife. We worked with Corey and he was absolutely great! He answered any questions I had, showed me different options on campers, and was very helpful without being pushy like another place we first went to. The other place called me to see if I had found anything and when I told them I did, they offered to find something similar and would possibly beat the price we were going to pay. Even if they could save us a couple grand, I wouldn’t have gone back because 1) The salesman was very pushy, and 2) Corey was awesome to work with and the dealership there at the Happy Camper in Caldwell was great to work with.

Bryan in sales, Ray the GM, Kelly in finance and even the other individuals who were there Saturday in sales (didn't get their names) were all an awesome help! Answered all the questions we had and everyone went above and beyond. Coming from 9 hours out of state, they made the process easy and straightforward. Great small, locally owned business. 10/10 experience !

Like so many others have commented, the low pressure sales staff was instead focused on answering all of our questions and showing us options. Nick turned on its head our perceptions of what a salesperson can do, for the better. Kelly handled the financing the same way. Mike helped answer a service issue on the phone and got us all set up. Happy Camper staff is competent and helpful.
