HORRIBLE: I try to support local businesses as much as possible... even if pricing is higher than ordering online. I will NEVER come back to this business again and do not recommend them. I have had 4 different episodes that I have not been happy with in the last year. This one was the 'straw'. I attempted to return 3 small very inexpensive pieces that I previously bought. I did lose my tiny little 'receipt' that they give you. They did not want to return the parts. They wound up agreeing to return 2 of the 3 but on the $8 part she said that is not their sticker... it is the SAME ORANGE sticker they have on everything else. Then she told me the part sells around $5 and not $8 now I feel she is calling me a liar. Sounds like they mismarked this part and I overpaid to begin with! I was

Francine, office and parts manager, is most helpful person I've dealt with in14 years of rving. My ac thermostat had been malfunctioning for weeks I had stopped at several dealerships as we traveled to find a replacement, but they are hard to find. Francine offered to research a replacement and also refurbishment. She called me several times and sent info by email. She sent me Coleman troubleshooting guidelines which I followed and was able to reset my thermostat.She solved my problem and saved me at least $200.

Had a repair call for a water heater.Guy came out on time had me up and going in no time only complaint is it was just a wire that had vibrated lose and he was here and gone in 30 minutes and charged me $180 but at least I'll get a hot shower tonight, so if your on a budget you might want to think about it !!

Best repair service We’ve ever seen from a dealership. I walked into the office, told them I had a water heater leak. The tech, Paul was as at the campsite before we were. He checked it out, went back to the shop for parts, returned and had the problem taken care of in short order. He was very friendly, helpful, and knew what he was doing. Kudos to Happy Days RV for a job well done.

12/4/23 The blower motor I picked up for the furnace in my 1996 Holiday Rambler fit perfect and operates in silence. I have owned this rig 2 years and the hear never worked this well. Competitive price, in-stock, a person can't ask for more than that.
